Russian Constructivism was iconic for embracing industrial materials, the movement shifting towards industrial design.
The typeface is heavily based on engineered letters stamped onto shipping boxes, using the ink spread to inspire the final letterforms. I wanted to translate the historical context into easily digestible illustrations.
